No, there are no limits. You can add as many requests to your design queue as you like. We work on them one at a time, every single day.

Most design requests are completed within 48 hours. However, more complex projects may take a bit longer to ensure the highest quality.

If you’re not happy with a design, we will continue revising it until you are 100% satisfied. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the end product.

You can pause your subscription anytime if you find you’re temporarily short on design needs. Your billing cycle will pause, and you can use the remaining days of service anytime in the future, ensuring you never pay for what you don’t use.

Submitting design requests with Aquaduck is flexible and straightforward. You can use Trello to directly upload briefs, share Google Docs, send wireframes, or even submit a brief via Loom video. If it can be linked or shared on Trello, we can work with it.

Hiring a full-time designer can be expensive. With Aquaduck, you pay a flat monthly fee and can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay when you actually need design work done. This offers significant cost savings and flexibility.

While Aquaduck covers most graphic design needs, we do not handle 3D modeling, interactive PDF documents, complex packaging, digital painting and game assets, extensive print design (magazines or books), highly complex illustrations, animated graphics or videos. 

Additionally, we do not accept requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that violates our core values. Our focus is on providing exceptional quality within the graphic design scopes we excel in, while maintaining professional standards and respect for all communities.

Given the nature of our work and our commitment to satisfaction, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we work with you until you are pleased with the designs. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy—our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every design we deliver.
